The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure the smooth functioning of the front office. This role requires strong communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitesGuest Services Oversee all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services. Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out process. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized experiences. Team Management Supervise and lead the front office team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence. Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Operational Excellence Ensure the front desk and lobby area maintain a clean, organized, and inviting appearance. Manage the reservation system to optimize room occupancy and revenue. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction. Monitor and analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements. Financial Management Oversee the front office budget and control costs while maintaining service quality. Handle billing, payments, and cash handling processes in coordination with the finance department. Ensure compliance with all financial procedures and standards. Brand Representation Act as an ambassador for The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort, embodying its values and commitment to holistic well-being. Promote Ayurveda and wellness practices as part of the guest experience.QualificationsOffice Administration and Front Office management skills. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience. Excellent Communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (German or French) is a plus. Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle pressure gracefully. Knowledge or experience in Ayurveda or wellness retreats is highly desirable
