Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data-driven insights.Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience of at least7 yearsin IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends. Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, and other platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
