Our AI-driven products help pharma companies optimize their operations, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.Key responsibilities may include:CRM Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals, including data governance policies and user adoption plans. Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to meet specific business needs, including custom fields, properties, and workflows. Manage CRM system upgrades and integrations with Emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & other platforms. Data Management & Quality: Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within the CRM system by implementing data cleansing processes and validation rules. Monitor data quality metrics and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain data governance procedures to ensure consistent data entry and usage. Automation & Workflows: Design and implement automated workflows within HubSpot to streamline sales and marketing processes, including lead nurturing, qualification, and follow-up sequences. Create dynamic lists and segmentation based on customer behaviour and data insights. Reporting & Analytics: Build custom reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, sales pipeline, customer lifetime value). Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights for decision-making. User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training to sales, marketing, and customer service teams on HubSpot features and best practices. Address user queries and troubleshoot CRM-related issues. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with departmental goals. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.Required Skills & Experience: • Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM platform, including advanced features and functionalities. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions • Experience in designing and implementing CRM automation workflows • Excellent communication and presentation skills to train users and communicate insights to stakeholders • Proven track record of managing CRM projects and achieving desired results • Understanding of sales and marketing processes and how CRM can support them
