We are seeking an experienced and highly skilledD365 F&SCM (Finance & Supply Chain Management) Solutions Architectto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that the solutions align with business objectives and optimize business processes.Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the design and implementation of D365 F&SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and industry best practices. Architect solutions for finance, supply chain, and operations modules within D365 F&SCM, including but not limited to procurement, production, inventory management, and financial management. Define system architecture and integration strategies for seamless connectivity with other applications and platforms. Consultation & Requirement Gathering : Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct workshops and provide expert advice on D365 F&SCM functionality, ensuring the solution meets both immediate and long-term business needs. Technical Leadership : Lead the technical design and configuration of D365 F&SCM. Collaborate with developers to ensure code meets architectural standards and business requirements. Provide guidance on data migration, integration, and security within the D365 environment. Project Management Support : Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of D365 solutions. Assist in resource allocation and prioritization of tasks, ensuring the technical aspects of the project are successfully executed. Client Communication : Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to solution design, performance, and delivery. Develop and deliver presentations and demos to clients, showcasing the D365 F&SCM capabilities and their application to business needs. Continuous Improvement : Keep up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Contribute to the evolution of best practices, frameworks, and methodologies in implementing D365 F&SCM solutions.Required Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Supply Chain Management) are a plus. Experience : 5+ years of experience in implementing and designing solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing solution architecture for large-scale D365 projects. Expertise in at least one or more D365 F&SCM modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Finance, or Manufacturing. Experience with system integrations (e.g., third-party tools, APIs) and data migration. Technical Skills : Proficient in D365 F&SCM configuration, development, and deployment. Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and other Microsoft technologies. Experience in integration patterns (API, Web Services, etc.) and data management. Experience with X++ (for legacy customizations), Logic Apps, and PowerApps is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
