Looking for results-driven Regional Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the quality management systems across our beverage production facilities and franchise operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in quality control, regulatory compliance, and franchise management within the beverage industry. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to drive quality improvements across the region.Quality Assurance & Control: Develop, implement, and monitor robust quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits and inspections of production facilities and franchise units to uphold quality standards. Analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address any gaps. Franchise Operations Management: Collaborate with franchise partners to ensure alignment with company quality protocols. Provide technical guidance and training to franchise teams on quality standards, product consistency, and operational excellence. Monitor franchise performance and address deviations from established quality benchmarks. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local, regional, and international food safety and beverage industry regulations. Prepare and present compliance documentation for regulatory audits and inspections. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals across the region. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Organize training programs to keep teams updated on the latest quality standards and industry trends. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction in production and supply chain activities. Stay updated on industry innovations to implement advanced quality control methods and technologies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Beverage Science, Quality Management, or a related field. 18-20 years of progressive experience in quality management within the beverage or food industry, with a significant portion of this time managing franchise operations. Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant quality and safety standards. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster relationships with franchise partners. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Key Competencies: Strategic planning and execution.
