The individual will deploy a career centric learning program using multiple modes – classroom, online, virtual etc. The person must demonstrate ownership, responsibility & accountability to deliver quality results, on time. It is imperative that the individual has immaculate communication skills in English – spoken & written. Hindi & Telugu spoken communication will be essential to be successful in this role. Through a combination of internal and external interventions, the T&D Lead is expected to help Sigachi become a “Learning Organization”. The role reports to SVP - HR and is based at the corporate office at Hyderabad.Responsibilities: Conduct role wise competency-based skill mapping & gap analysis to determine right learning intervention for each role across the factory units, subsidiaries & corporate office. Conceptualise & create learning paths aligned with career path. Design, create & deliver training programs directly or using internal and/or external SMEs Be responsible, accountable for mandatory compliance, statutory, soft skills, behavioural and leadership training programs. Establish, implement & execute a robust tracking system to review, monitor, analyse & report training metrics to the organization. Champion a variety of learning engagements that create excitement, energy & motivation for employees towards being a Learning Organisation.Job Specification: Hands on experience in content planning & development, principles of adult learning, creating simulations and case scenarios for experiential learning. Must be proficient in deployment and utilization of LMS to improve the quality of learning experience. High proficiency in ppt skills, intermediate excel skills. Written & spoken communication must be articulate, clear, immaculate, grammatically correct & cogent. Non-verbal communication must be influential.Pre-requisites: 10 - 15 years’ overall work experience, with at least 6 – 8 years’ experience in leading Training / L&D activities. People with proven experience and expertise of delivering results in a Training company will be preferred. MBA in HR (full time) from a premium institute is an added advantage. Immaculate in English and Hindi language communication. Proficient in MS Office Suite – minimum intermediary level in Excel, PowerPoint & Word. High energy, ability to energize, creative & learning mindset.
