The roles and responsibilities will include: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Good communication and presentation skills Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and maintain talent pipelines. Conduct reference checks, background verification, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Assist in employee engagement activities and maintain HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
