Position Location: VADODARA, INDIA (On-Site) Position Budget: 5,00,000 – 6,37,000 (Non-Negotiable)POSITION SUMMARY Revenue Accountant primarily responsible to work for ensuring proper pricing, reconciling billing Vs revenue recognition in accordance to GAAP, identifying unbilled AR as well as deferred position by maintaining proper documentation/working file on policies and procedures relating to Accounts Receivable & Revenue analysis. This role will also be responsible for collections of open invoices for smooth cash flows. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Verify billing triggers, payment terms from executed service agreements & identify billing opportunity for unbilled Accounts Receivable not limited to specific but for all service line. Ensure invoicing/reclass entries in accounting system is recorded with accuracy & within assigned timeline. Ensure to update internal tools (e.g. LPM) for billings recorded in accounting system. Handle 100% QC of billing process in accounting system. Prepare monthly accruals and account reconciliations as assigned. Monitor AR aging & continuous follow up on unpaid invoices as per aging report for assigned tort/cases. Handle high volume of transactions with utmost accuracy within assigned timelines. Maintain accurate historical records and documentation for audit support. Assist in internal and external audits as & when required. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Graduation (Bachelors’) in Business, Accounting or Finance; Masters’ degree will be an advantage 5-6 years of professional hands-on accounting experience, with 3+ years in US/UK Accounting Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred.
