The platform utilizes data-led algorithms to recommend relevant brands to potential consumers during their online journey.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Web Delivery at Tapcrunch.The Manager will be responsible for overseeing publisher onboarding and management and to ensure successful campaign delivery.Role ResponsibilityCandidate should have 3-4 years of sound experience in web affiliate delivery for CPL/CPA vertical. Develop and implement strategic affiliate onboarding plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Candidate should be able to bring in value and business on the table through existing industry relations. Must have good contacts with SMS, EMail, PPC affiliates and some knowledge of media buying. Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, including monitoring performance, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions. Past experience of delivering BFSI, Demat, Insurance, Auto, Credit card campaigns. Track and report on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment. Identify new affiliate opportunities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to ensure alignment and campaign success. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in affiliate marketing.
