Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Added advantage will be with candidates possessing ME in industrial safety management from NIT, NEBOSH qualified and Roles & Responsibilities Implementation of EHS Policy, guidelines, procedures & compliance to legal requirements to establish a culture of health and safety etc. Provide clear, complete & binding instructions, as applicable. Participating in EHS core team meetings in identifying aspects & hazards at the workplace/facilities and establish control measures. Guiding & training site personnel in implementing them. Contributes to internal and external EHS audits - plan and conduct EHS audits at the project site & take corrective/preventive actions promptly. Organize regular safety meetings with site personnel and subcontractors to address safety concerns, provide updates, and reinforce safety guidelines Promote a strong safety culture through effective communication and positive reinforcement. Encourage workers to report safety hazards or concerns without fear of reprisal. Identifying training need analysis, preparing training calendar and implementation Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment). Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy. Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management. Audit Subcontractors for all safety compliances.. Carry out / support investigations for any safety violations / incidents / accidents. Prepare reports. Take corrective actions. Report to Management Team. Handle ISO 14001 & 45001 documentation and audits. Timely closure of all the audit observation and ensure improvement Develop and oversee emergency response plans and evacuation procedures. Conduct drills to test the effectiveness of emergency protocols. Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safety is a priority throughout the construction process
