In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. You will leverage your expertise to identify growth opportunities, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive client satisfaction while achieving organisational goals. As a key liaison between senior leadership and internal teams, you will ensure effective communication and workflow management.Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, anticipating challenges, and providing tailored solutions to exceed expectations. Business Growth:Illustrate the value of our products and services, identify trends through data analysis, and create opportunities for revenue growth. Strategic Collaboration:Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal discussions to develop strategies and programs for both current and prospective clients. Prospecting and Networking:Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation, to expand the client base and increase business opportunities. Ongoing Client Engagement:Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met, gather feedback, and identify areas for further collaboration and expansion. Database Management:Maintain and update a comprehensive database of clients, prospects, vendors, and partners, ensuring accurate records and reporting. Cross-functional Coordination:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and leadership, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in an account management or senior administrative role, with direct reporting to upper management. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of aligning client needs with organisational offerings. Proficiency with CRM systems and a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients, partners, and prospects.Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Experience in managing budgets, financial tracking, and expense management.
