We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our team based in India. The team is responsible for leading and driving a range of HR initiatives and projects to enhance HR processes, systems and data across the business. Thisindividual-contributorrole requires a combination of project management skills, analytical and critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional / global teams and stakeholders.Scope: HR Process Excellence: Develop/execute complete roadmap for enhancement and change management for identified pan-international processes. HR Systems: Partner with Global Tech Teams to define the roadmaps and timelines that support the International Talent Tech priorities and requirements; and ensure that roadmaps are executed as per agreed timelines, along with change management strategies. Project Management: Planning, execution, and delivery of key HR initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies, as necessary. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the right organizational and employee data is maintained in our HR systems to enable HR analytics and HR processes delivery. Ensure data accuracy in the system through root cause analysis and partner with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive end-to-end solutions to address them. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within Liberty HR community and stakeholders, effectively communicate and align with relevant stakeholders through the project journey.Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR or equivalent 8 to 12 years of relevant experience Ability to work in ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Strong execution capability: stand-alone, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in process mapping, process optimization and process engineering would be an added advantage.This role will sit within the Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) entity, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance. The final grade level and title of the role will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experiences.
