Job Summary: To Institutionalise the Broker - Insured Partnership, build customer loyalty, penetrate , expand and protect the accounts by saving on costs and Minimising risks.Responsibilities:Product knowledge- Expert level of Domain Knowledge on Property, Projects and Marine Insurance. Procurement of quotes from Insurers, Preparation of RFQs and quote comparison reports. Client Relationship management- Client servicing and retention of existing clients Periodic communications with client which are specific and targeted. Analytical capabilities to understand the losses/ claims. Structured Interaction with Insurance managers. Creating Value for client by evaluating the relevant value-added services. Knowledge of risk management – Property Loss control and Marine loss control. Service and delivery Monitoring- Continuous monitoring of all the routine services such as endorsement Issuance, claims servicing and Policy servicing. Review meetings with client. Devising of custom Built / tailored covers as and when required by the clients. Preparation of claims analysis reports and also the presentations for client interactions. Coordination with Internal teams such as operations, claims, Sales.Desired profile/who should join:The candidate should have a Graduate / Post graduate degree, preferably MBA in insurance. An engineering graduate can also be considered. (Mechanical/ Electrical / Civil Engineering). 3-9 years of work experience, preferably in Insurance companies / Insurance Broking firms/ client Insurance/ Risk management team. Have good client engagement Skills. Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Have good negotiation skills.
