Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings on various job portals and company website. Screen resumes and help in the shortlisting process. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers. Assist in conducting initial phone screenings. Employee Onboarding: Help in preparing onboarding materials for new hires. Coordinate and schedule orientations and training sessions. Assist new employees with completing required documents. Learning and Development: Assist in arranging training sessions and workshops. Support with training material preparation and follow-up activities. Miscellaneous HR Tasks: Support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Provide general administrative support within the HR department. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
