Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a global team of 100+ professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of experience in business operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing 100+ headcount, with a focus on managing global teams in a media, music, entertainment, or related industry. In-depth understanding of the media/music industry, including project management, distribution, content creation, and licensing processes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire large, diverse teams. Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop talent in a high-growth, global environment. Experience managing relationships with both internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, creative teams) and external partners (e.g., media distributors, agencies). Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire large, diverse teams. Deep understanding of business operations, process optimization, and performance management. Hands-on experience with project management tools, data analysis, and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
