We are committed to delivering superior customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism Role Description The Assistant Regional Manager will manage client relationships, drive sales by cross-selling financial products like mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA, and provide personalized financial advice. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in sales campaigns, and mentoring junior team members. Strong sales performance, leadership skills, and industry knowledge are key to success. Job Location Mapusa, Goa Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or related field Experience 8+ Years Industry Banking & Financial Services Skills required Client Relationship Management Sales & Target Achievement Promoting and Selling Multiple Financial Products Roles & Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, providing personalized financial solutions and customer service. Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals. Sales Target Achievement: Cross-sell financial products (mutual funds, insurance, loans, CASA) to achieve sales targets. Financial Advisory: Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and provide tailored advice. Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to deliver accurate advice. Collaboration & On-boarding: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and service delivery. Sales Campaign Participation: Actively engage in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and report progress to management. Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
