The Integration Developer will dissect complex requirements, decode integration touchpoints, and engineer scalable, future-ready solutions that propel organizational efficiency and innovation.Core Responsibilities: Architect and Innovate:Design and implement sophisticated integration frameworks, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to ensure ERP and Salesforce systems operate in unison with existing infrastructures. Systems Diagnostics:Conduct granular analyses of existing integrations to pinpoint inefficiencies, uncover opportunities, and ensure complete alignment with technical mandates. Optimized Delivery:Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of integration development, ensuring alignment with advanced technical protocols, and delivering high-caliber, production-ready solutions. Third-Party Synergy:Seamlessly integrate third-party platforms using Informatica IICS while swiftly troubleshooting complexities to ensure uninterrupted operations. Data Intelligence:Orchestrate ETL processes, maintain pristine data integrity, and execute advanced cleansing methodologies to support organizational data strategies. Risk and Resolution:Anticipate potential integration risks, deploy preemptive mitigations, and serve as a key advisor in the resolution of critical challenges. Documentation Mastery:Curate exhaustive technical documentation covering implementation strategies, troubleshooting blueprints, and workflow optimization guides, ensuring institutional knowledge continuity. Quality Custodian:Scrutinize integration designs, technical architecture, and coding standards to uphold excellence and alignment with enterprise objectives.Technological Prowess: Academic Foundation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline. Certified Expertise:Demonstrated credentials in relevant technologies with a minimum of 6+ years of integration mastery, including 1–2 Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. Middleware Mastery:Advanced command of Informatica IICS and comparable platforms. Architectural Acumen:Profound understanding of Oracle Fusion, Salesforce frameworks, and integration paradigms inherent to SaaS ecosystems. Data Fluency:Proficiency in relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, XML), API-driven design, and enterprise-grade messaging protocols.
