Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will independently handle a variety of cases, including anxiety, overthinking, depression, relationship challenges, and other behavioral concerns. They will provide client-centered, goal-oriented therapeutic interventions while adhering to our high standards of care. Position Details Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Consultant Salary/Remuneration: Best in class, based on experience and evaluation during a personal interview. Scope of Work Manage cases involving anxiety, overthinking, depression, relationship issues, and other behavioral concerns . Plan and implement structured, goal-focused counseling and therapy approaches based on the center's guidelines. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using CBT, REBT, ERP, ACT, etc. Develop personalized treatment plans to address client-specific needs. Maintain accurate, confidential, and professional client records Qualifications & Skills 1. Education Master's in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university (mandatory) M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (preferred, but not mandatory) 2. Experience A minimum of 5 years of independent case-handling experience (excluding internships) Proven expertise in dealing with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, anger management, impulsivity, and relationship issues. 3. Skills Therapeutic Expertise: Strong skills in CBT, REBT, and ERP therapies . Experience in any other therapies would be valued. Psychodiagnostic Testing: Knowledge of administering, scoring, and interpreting psychodiagnostic tests (preferred but not mandatory). 4. Language Proficiency Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English . 5. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite , especially PowerPoint and Excel.
