Location: Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida Key Responsibilities: Identify sales opportunities through area mapping, cold calling, and prospecting, aiming to engage 5-6 clients daily. Guide potential customers through the sales process from introduction to closing. Develop and maintain a corporate database; manage lead generation, deal negotiations, and documentation. Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones. Identify opportunities to increase business volumes. Implement sales strategies to achieve set goals. Execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, Including sales metrics like sales revenues, present & future pipeline, conversion rates, average deal size & Sales Pipeline Health. Draft and refine proposals and presentations for clients. Handle negotiations to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Drive new client acquisition and maintain relationships for retention Knowledge Requirements: Industry Insight: Comprehensive understanding of the digital printing sector and document security. Product Knowledge: Expertise in application-based and print-on-demand solutions, especially for secure documents. Market Acumen: Familiarity with the needs of corporates, edtechs, and educational institutions. Skill Requirements: Sales Proficiency: Strong abilities in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Experience in establishing new corporate accounts and expanding into new markets.. Client Management: Skills in building and maintaining robust customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Leadership: Experience leading sales teams towards achieving targets. Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technologies. Experience:Proven track record in corporate sales, particularly within the educational sector. Relevant higher education, such as a degree in business or marketing or diploma in Printing technology. Ability to predict sales outcomes in terms of numbers and revenues. Candidate Profile: Background in PRINTING/Packaging/Advertising, with a willingness to work in the field daily. Graduate from a recognized university; a Master’s in Marketing would be advantageous. 4-9 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Proficient in MS Office Must own a vehicle and a laptop.
