We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables. Conduct regular progress meetings, provide updates, and address concerns proactively.Technical Oversight Review technical requirements and provide input on design, production, and installation processes with the help of engineering team. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure rotating equipment meets client specifications and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution.Risk Management and Quality Assurance Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with OEM standards and client expectations. Perform post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.Budget and Resource Management Track project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Approve and manage project-related expenditures.Documentation and Reporting Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and final project summaries. Ensure all project records comply with regulatory and contractual requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on rotating equipment or related industries. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong understanding of OEM processes, rotating equipment, and associated technologies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ASME, and API.Preferred SkillsExperience in global or multi-site project management. Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes in the OEM sector. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CAD software.
