Job Role involves: Reviewing the terms and conditions of various contracts (Staffing, Direct Hire, Managed Services)and co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance. Resolving queries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Advising on workarounds for contract roadblocks and solutions to mitigate contract risks. Standardizing, improvising and vetting of various agreements / contracts Giving sign off on the matters referred to Contracts department Understanding complex contracts and breaking down the issues based on criticality level and suggesting solutions. Providing efficient back end support to the Legal Department. Acting as the primary contact between the Delivery Team and Sub-contractors, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly Preparing reports and keeping a track of all the exceptions, for the perusal of the senior management. Job role requires: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Graduate in Law (LLB) or equivalent with desired experience of 1 year Proficiency with MS Office Attention to details.
