The organization is known for its innovation, quality and design of its products, aggressive marketing and Omni-Channel distribution strategy. Job Description: The Franchise Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding Wonderchef's franchise network by identifying, pitching and onboarding franchise partners. This role requires a strategic and proactive individual with an in-depth understanding of ownership franchise business models, excellent sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Franchise Network Expansion: Identify and approach potential franchise partners Present Wonderchef’s franchise model effectively, highlighting benefits, responsibilities and financial structures. Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements to onboard new partners. 2. Pitching and Sales: Develop customized pitches tailored to each partner to secure franchise deals. Conduct meetings, presentations and discussions to address inquiries and concerns from potential partners. 3. Onboarding and Integration: Act as the SPOC for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase, ensuring all their queries are addressed. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of the franchise to the local management team. 4. Market Analysis and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends. Build a pipeline of prospective franchise partners and maintain accurate tracking of all deals. 5. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring a positive onboarding experience. Act as a representative of Wonderchef’s brand values and business ethics in all interactions with industry stakeholders. 6. Reporting and Strategy: Provide regular updates to senior management on franchise acquisition progress and challenges. Contribute to the development of strategies for franchise growth based on market feedback. Qualifications and Skill Set: MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Understanding of franchise model and motivation of a potential franchisee Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in XL. Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in franchise sales, development and management in the retail sector. Proven track record of having developed master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
