You will be responsible for the day to day management of a distributed team including performance reviews and 121s. This is a hands-on role and will require both technical and people skills. **Key responsibilities:** Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation. Oversee plant operational requests for changes and ensure their adherence to policy Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required. Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. Develop and deliver projects or a workstream within a change management initiative with guidance from senior colleagues. Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved. Execute the development plan for a new product or service, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating to project stakeholders. Use data from a wide range of sources to analyse key themes and identify possible impacts on the business. Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level. Provide reports to management on team performance as well as operational progress **What youu2019ll need:** Extensive experience of QAD SE in Supply Chain and Finance modules (QAD EE highly advantageous). Programming skills for debugging and extraction program developments (not mandatory). Excellent English skills both written and verbal Demonstrable experience in a similar role with team leadership Proven experience running multi-cultural technical teams. Past participation in Global ERP implementation Projects will also be a plus.
