Dear Candidates,Greetings from ProV international,Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation and management of IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) ERP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that the delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional IFS specifications.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Team Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, consultants, and external vendors.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Provide coaching and mentorship to project team members.Risk & Issue Management:Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Implement contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks.Quality Assurance:Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are preferred.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IFS ERP implementations or upgrades.Proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP projects in a complex business environment.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of IFS Applications (ERP modules like Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Soft Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Please share your resume to monica.johnkumar@
