This role involves sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, as well as coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:Source and identify potential candidates for open positions through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with the hiring team to ensure a smooth interview process.Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best-fit candidates are identified.Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates.Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.Skills and Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong calling skills and ability to engage candidates effectively.Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.
