We’re looking for a dedicated team member who shares our passion for growth, service, and excellence.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Engagement Specialist to join our team. This remote, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people online, is organized, and is comfortable working independently. You'll play a key role in identifying potential leads, building relationships through personalized outreach, and supporting virtual events—all while helping grow our brand and business presence.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential leads online, on LinkedIn, and on other platforms based on ideal client profiles.Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages to engage leads.Draft and send outreach emails to potential clients or partners using templates and customized messaging.Invite qualified leads to attend virtual events, webinars, or masterclasses.Track and update lead activity in spreadsheets or CRM tools.Respond to LinkedIn messages and maintain timely communication with connections.Perform administrative tasks related to outreach campaigns and lead nurturing.Support the marketing and sales team with additional tasks as needed.Requirements:Strong written English skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Organized and able to keep accurate records of outreach activity.Experience with virtual events or administrative support is a plus.Will consider employees outside of the United States.Schedule:20 hours per week with flexibility, but availability during some U.S. business hours is preferred.Pay:$7 per hour (paid weekly or bi-weekly based on agreement).
