We have been doing influencer marketing for personal care brands like Mamaearth, Jovees Herbal, The Derma Co. etc along with promoting a few courses from universities like Chandigarh University, Rishihood University etc. Under our Talent management segment that goes by the name of Talent Zilla, we are as of now managing some creators from the personal care, fashion and lifestyle sector.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Intern with hands-on knowledge of Newsletter Marketing, Email Campaigns, and WhatsApp Marketing. You’ll help us engage with brands, creators, and partners through strategic messaging across email, newsletters, and WhatsApp.Key Responsibilities~Assist in the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns targeted to brands, creators, and prospects~Support the design and distribution of weekly newsletters and drive high engagement with compelling content and visuals~Manage and optimize WhatsApp marketing workflows to boost engagement, retention, and customer support~Collaborate with content, design, and partnerships teams to ensure aligned, on-brand messaging across all touchpoints~Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates) and provide insights to improve campaign results~Support audience segmentation and maintain organized, up-to-date contact lists~Stay updated with the latest best practices in digital communication and campaign strategiesRequirement ~ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field~ Familiarity with email marketing tools and WhatsApp Business platforms~ Understanding of key marketing metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, etc.)~ Creative thinker with an eye for design, messaging, and fresh campaign ideas~ Strong copywriting skills—casual, clear, and on-brand~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environmentBonus Points If You Have:~Experience using Canva, Figma, or similar tools for visual content~Previous internship or freelance work in marketing or communications~Understanding of email automation, drip sequences, or CRM toolsStipend - 10K-15k(Basis on knowledge and skill)
