Senior Zoho CRM ConsultantJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Zoho CRM Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and managing Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will be proficient in workflow automation, custom functions using Deluge, integrations, and analytics. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into scalable CRM solutions that drive business efficiency.Key Responsibilities:CRM Configuration & CustomizationCustomize CRM modules, fields, layouts, and templates to align with business requirementsConfigure and optimize sales pipelinesDesign and implement workflow automation, including approvals and notificationsDevelop custom functions using Deluge scriptingIntegrations & APIsIntegrate Zoho CRM with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Office 365, and social media toolsImplement seamless integrations within the Zoho ecosystem (Books, Desk, Campaigns, etc.)Utilize Zoho CRM APIs for custom development and advanced automationData ManagementPerform data import/export for contacts, leads, and dealsEnsure data quality through cleaning and deduplication practicesUser Management & SecurityManage role-based permissions and user accessConfigure multi-currency and multi-language support for global usageAnalytics & ReportingBuild and manage custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metricsDeliver actionable insights through CRM analytics to support data-driven decision-makingRequired Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience working with Zoho CRMStrong knowledge of Deluge scripting, automation workflows, and custom functionsProven experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and the broader Zoho suiteSolid understanding of CRM data management and security best practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
