Job Title: Ads SpecialistLocation: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi  Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per monthAbout Mystery Rooms:  Mystery Rooms offers exciting escape room experiences, where people solve puzzles to "escape" within a set time. We’re looking for a skilled Ads Specialist who has at least one year of experience with online ads to help us grow our business. Overview:  As our Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating, running, and improving paid ads on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google. You’ll analyze the results of these ads to make sure they are effective in attracting customers and boosting sales.Key Responsibilities:  - Run and manage ads on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.- Monitor how well the ads are performing (clicks, sales, etc.) and adjust them to improve results.- Try different ad formats, audiences, and strategies to find what works best.- Work with the creative team to make sure the ad content is attractive and effective.- Regularly report the performance of ads and suggest improvements.- Stay updated on trends in digital advertising to keep our ads fresh and effective.Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience running ads on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.- Good knowledge of how to set up and manage ads, track performance, and adjust them for better results.- Ability to understand and work with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube.- Strong analytical skills to look at data and make decisions based on it.- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.- Experience in entertainment, tourism, or similar industries is a bonus.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and improving landing pages.- Creative thinking to help design engaging ad content.- Understanding of retargeting and remarketing.How to Apply:If you’re interested, please send your resume
