Location: Jaipur, RajasthanSalary: ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,25,000 per monthJob Summary: The Financial Manager for the Electrical Division will oversee cash flow planning, prepare procurement plans based on project needs, manage divisional cash flows according to set criteria, generate regular financial reports, present findings to management, identify areas for financial improvement within the division, and maintain communication with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Plan the business division's cash flows based on project requirements and management criteria.Manage stock levels, debtors, and creditors effectively to meet the division's cash flow objectives.Prepare and present reports on past cash flow performance to management, advising on actions for future stability.Identify areas for improvement within the business division from a financial planning perspective.Maintain clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications:MBA in Accounting and Finance.5-6 years of experience in the finance department of a manufacturing concern.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.Capable of working effectively in a team or leading a team.Openness to challenging projects outside areas of experience.Proactive with the ability to take initiative.Eager to learn and contributeShare your Profile here dilip.raut@
