Role: AVP - Procurement Location: Chennai / HyderabadQualification: Engineering Degree from Reputed UniversityMBA (Any SCM/Financial/Logistics qualification)- PreferredDomain: S2P, O2C and Supply Chain Management (SCM)Summary: 20+ years of experience in SCM domain (Areas of Sourcing & Procurement & Order Management + Data Management +Conversant with advanced O2C and S2P platforms + Analytics) + BPO/GBS having handled NA/EMEA/APAC customers – Must have good service industry experience within overall no.of years tenure Skill Set Required:Good knowledge and should have independently handled team size of 500+ FTE’s encompassing to SCM, S2P and O2C Should have transitioned at least four to five SCM projects for offshoring in Lift and Shift, Fix and Shift modelsExcellent people management skills coupled with process management methodologiesClient facing and stakeholder management skillsExpertise in analyzing and coordinating supply chain data management, generating reportsGood Analytical SkillsExperience in Material management, Logistics, Vendor development, Customer Experience and Project managementHands-on work experience in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE etc.,Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and Non-Verbal and articulationExcellent inter-personal skills with an ability to lead the team from the frontSix Sigma/Black belt certified (Preferred)Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo Head Operations (back office operations in SCM includes S2P, O2C)/Service deliveryAs part of Service delivery/operations, responsible for Project P&L management- (Revenue & Margins), SLA Scorecard, Margin Levers, ACSAT/ESAT and retention, New Process Identification(EN) driving Revenue growth, Customer Escalations, and Participate in MBR & QBR’s along with bringing in Process/digital interventions towards service delivery excellence.Responsible for new client RFI/RFP/RFQ’s. Providing strategic solutions for new opportunities under SCM, other verticals & sales team through imparting of current SCM domain expertiseRegular Client interactions and should ensure consistency in meeting agreed client deliverablesTo review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Account Maps, Process Manual etc.,To propose strategic solutions and should spearhead Change Management & Transformation processShould be able to take strategic decisions for the process growthControl process attrition and should review and approve process attrition targets and drive rigor to achieve targetsClear understanding of the domain/process to achieve defined goalsTo impart domain knowledge to the teamImplementation of KAIZEN & Six Sigma projectsShould have business financial sense, with clear focus on Process P & L and profitabilityTo manage resource capacity supporting client requirements and awareness for workforce planningShould have complete understanding of Quality Principles / Six Sigma initiatives
