ResponsibilitiesOverall industry experience: 12+ yearsHands on experience of requirement gathering & analysis (7+yrs, 15+ projects), mobile app related projects.Coordinate with various business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements.Conduct design thinking workshops.Create user journeys to articulate as-is processes.Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to groom the backlog, conduct sessions to make the team understand the requirements, assist in sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.Experience In direct interactions with the business & IT stakeholders, cross functional teams. (Preferably South Africa customers management)Hands on experience in working on Angular & cloud projects as business analyst.Awareness/Understanding of technical landscape – (Basic level)Mobile app requirements, User experience, testing, NFRsMirco-services architectureAngular 9x, performance testingCloud (AWS)WhatsApp integrationCreating reports in PowerBIHands on experience as SCRUM Agile processes (2+yrs)Excellent communication & presentation skillsUnderstanding of the Learning Management Domain.Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and handling escalations.Very good interpersonal skills.
