Designation – Senior Brand Growth ManagerLocation: Hustlehub Tech Park, Somasundarapalya Main Road, adjacent 27th Main Road, ITI Layout, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Haralukunte Village, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off)ResponsibilitiesBe the primary point of contact for your clients.Assisting the creative team for churning out digital strategies for your clients.Manage projects internally for your clients, getting things done - most importantly working with others on the team to get the right things done (on time and on budget)Advocate for the client to ensure that we’re not just checking off boxes in a task manager, but instead moving them forward and reaching their objectives.Prioritize and manage clients’ expectationsUnderstanding clients’ needs and business objectives and aligning social media strategy accordingly.Meeting regularly with the clients for review meetings as well as strengthening the relationship to facilitate up-selling.Have a strong understanding of all major Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, You Tube) and best practices for each of them.Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM, Tech would be an added advantage.Applicant should have experience working in a digital marketing agency.Requirements4+ years of experience in social media account management.Social native, expertise in all Social media channels.Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.Experience in participating in new business pitches.Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Experience in working professionally with Word, Excel and PowerPointDigital marketing experience, and most importantly, the ability to learn & grow, stay on top of current trends, and focus on results.About Lyxel&Flamingo:Lyxel&Flamingo is all in one Digital Marketing Solution for businesses at the intersection of art, design, and technology.
