Manager – Taxation (Including both Direct and Indirect Taxation) JD : will be responsible for Direct tax, Indirect tax, GST return, matching with GST portal, managing all notices from GST and Income Tax department and related compliances of the Company, as well as other sister concerns.Responsibilities:Handling all the Direct and Indirect Taxation matters of all entities of the organisation.Ensure tax compliance in the organization from time to time including Direct and Indirect tax.Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS /TCS returnsCalculations and payment of Advance Tax.Preparation and filing of various GST Returns as applicable and also preparation and coordination for GST AuditLooking after statutory reporting for Cash flow management Cost OverheadAnalysis, Cost Reduction and Operational Excellence initiativesSharing Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual maintenance and costing reports to the reportingmanagerShould have property tax knowledge as well
