Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter – US Engineering (Engineering & Non-IT Focus) Work Hours: As per Eastern Standard Time (EST) Location: Remote Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in engineering recruitment, with a strong focus on the US marketAbout the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in engineering and non-IT recruitment across the United States. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across diverse engineering domains such as software, hardware, mechanical, AI/ML, and robotics, as well as functional roles outside of IT including sales, HR, marketing, and finance.You should be adept at using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) and other advanced sourcing platforms to find and engage hard-to-reach candidates. This is a remote position aligned with EST working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering RecruitmentSource, evaluate, and hire candidates for engineering roles across various disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, hardware, and software.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract specialized engineering talent in niche and emerging technologies.Maintain a working knowledge of engineering principles to effectively screen candidates and communicate with technical stakeholders.Utilize engineering-specific platforms, networks, and communities to proactively build and maintain talent pipelines.Non-IT RecruitmentLead recruitment efforts for non-technical roles such as claims processors, sales professionals, HR specialists, finance analysts, and operations personnel.Leverage a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective recruitment strategies tailored to each department.Required Skills & ExpertiseExtensive experience sourcing and recruiting engineering and non-IT professionals across the US market.Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), major job boards, and other advanced recruitment platforms.Deep understanding of US hiring models, including:Employment types: W2, C2C, 1099, contract-to-hire, full-timeWork authorizations: US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, TN, etc.Knowledge of US labor laws and EEOC compliance best practices.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
