Based in Chennai, this position requires weekend and overnight weekday coverage. As the voice of RemitBee, you’ll deliver prompt, friendly, and reliable support that ensures a smooth and positive experience for every customer.Shift DetailsSaturday & Sunday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM ISTMonday & Tuesday: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM ISTWednesday, Thursday & Friday: OffKey ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and timely support via chat, phone, and email in English.Assist customers with transactions, account issues, and platform navigation.Resolve inquiries related to payments, account verification, and technical issues.Accurately document all interactions using CRM tools.Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Payments, and Technical Support.Stay up-to-date on company services, policies, and product updates.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.RequirementsFluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Proven experience in customer service—preferably in fintech, banking, or call centers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote work environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.Willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts as per schedule.Preferred QualificationsBackground in fintech, remittance, or online financial services.Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).Understanding of international money transfers or compliance basics.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusesPaid time off and flexible working daysComprehensive onboarding and trainingCareer development opportunities in a fast-growing fintech companySupportive and collaborative team cultureApply Today!
