Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workday Security Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Workday security frameworks, including role-based permissions, domain security policies, business process security, and segregation of duties. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and protection of sensitive data within our Workday environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain Workday security configurations (roles, domains, business process security).Analyze security requests and apply changes in compliance with internal controls and best practices.Work with HR, IT, and audit teams to support security audits and ensure compliance.Monitor and troubleshoot Workday security issues, resolving incidents and service requests.Collaborate with Workday functional teams (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.) to understand access requirements and ensure proper role provisioning.Assist in developing and maintaining documentation related to security policies, processes, and configurations.Participate in system updates, testing, and new module rollouts, ensuring security alignment.Perform regular security audits and reviews to maintain data confidentiality and user access accuracy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.3+ years of Workday Security experience, preferably in a medium to large enterprise environment.Strong understanding of Workday’s security framework including domains, roles, and business process security policies.Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Finance is a plus.Familiarity with IT general controls, SOX compliance, or audit processes is preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.Work Environment & Schedule:Standard business hours with occasional off-hours support during system updates or releases.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunities
