You will mentor QA and software engineers, playing an integral role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, strong technical skills in test automation, and excellent communication abilities.ResponsibilitiesLead the charge in maintaining and enhancing software quality. This involves driving the quality assurance lifecycle within Agile frameworks, establishing testing strategies in collaboration with development and product teams, and implementing comprehensive test plans and cases.Mentor and guide QA team members, contribute to the development and execution of automated tests for mobile and web applications, and ensure continuous integration flows are maintained.Develop and manage test strategies with Agile teams, including approaches for test data, regression testing, and automation methodologies to ensure higher quality delivery and test coverage.Promote QA standards and best practices across Agile teams.Collaborate with Scrum teams to complete root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality improvement throughout the development and UAT lifecycle.Drive and contribute to manual and automation test strategies, scripts, and frameworks, focusing on test architecture, reusability, performance, and team metrics.Provide hands-on testing support as needed to verify front-end and back-end changes, user workflows, security, and performance across platforms (mobile devices, browsers, etc.).Qualifications & SkillsBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA lead or similar role in the Forex domain, preferably working on mission-critical systems or financial applications.Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.Experience with front-end (web) and mobile application testing, as well as back-end (API) testing.Programming experience in Golang, Python, JavaScript, Dart, or similar languages.Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, k6, Cucumber, flutter_test, Mockito, etc.Hands-on experience with Git, CI tools like GitLab/GitHub, and task management tools like JIRA.Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases.Knowledge of native mobile testing frameworks and microservices architecture.Strong multitasking, planning, and proactive project involvement.Skilled in high-level impact analysis and testing approaches for production and maintenance-level changes.Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to diagnose complex testing issues.BenefitsCompetitive & comprehensive salary packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementA dynamic and inclusive work environment with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
