In this role, you’ll drive content strategy across channels, craft engaging campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tell powerful stories that connect with our audience. From social media to blogs, influencer partnerships to AI-powered content creation — you’ll be at the center of it all, shaping how we show up and grow across digital platforms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the overall social media and content strategy — aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and market priorities.Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with a consistent brand voice and visual identity.Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) to scale content ideation, copywriting, design, and personalization.Create and optimize high-quality written, visual, and video content to grow engagement and brand awareness.Partner with design, product, sales, and customer success to create content for campaigns, launches, events, and education.Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies – identify creators, negotiate collaborations, and measure impact.Lead PR and thought leadership strategy – including press releases, awards, interviews, and event content.Write and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, customer stories, and email marketing to drive SEO and lead generation.Monitor trends, platform changes, and competitor activity — and adjust strategy accordingly.Own social media analytics and performance dashboards.
