We’re looking for a creative, organized, and spiritually inclined Social Media Manager to lead this journey.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing and growing a multi-channel social media presence across:3+ Instagram Accounts2+ Facebook Pages4+ YouTube Channels1 Twitter/X Account1 Patreon PageOther Ad-Hoc Platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp Broadcasts, etc.)Core Duties:Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, live sessions) tailored to each platformDevelop platform-specific growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversionsAlign messaging with astrological events, moon cycles, transits, and relevant spiritual themesCollaborate with product, consultation, and content teams for promotions, launches, and campaignsEngage with community comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and empathetic mannerCoordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and reelsTrack performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports using analytics toolsAssist in live session promotions, feedback collection, and community management across platformsWrite compelling, brand-aligned copy for captions, video scripts, thumbnails, and storiesUpload and manage YouTube content including SEO-optimized titles, tags, and thumbnailsMaintain and update Patreon offerings, announcements, and exclusive content consistentlyRequirementsProven experience managing multiple social media platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube, and Patreon)Strong interest or background in astrology, spirituality, or holistic wellnessExcellent content writing and copywriting skills with attention to detailProficient in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google AnalyticsAbility to handle high-volume content calendars and cross-functional communicationComfortable working with content creators, astrologers, and spiritual coachesStrong storytelling ability and sensitivity to audience tone, especially for wellness-focused communitiesPreferred QualificationsBasic understanding of planetary movements, lunar cycles, and spiritual observancesFamiliarity with short-form video content creation and editingCreative thinking with awareness of trending formats and platform updatesExperience with Telegram communities, WhatsApp broadcasts, and paid campaigns is a plusWhat We OfferA spiritually fulfilling role with a brand making a positive impactPositive work environment and collaborative team cultureOpportunities for creative input and content innovation
