This individual will beresponsible for supporting the corporate testing portfolio for Commerce and other verticals.The Experimentation Operations Consultant will be a primary point of contact for setup androadmapping of all experiments across the organization. Our testing portfolio covers a broad spectrumof experiments including site algorithms, platform features, catalog and pricing changes, designenhancements, etc. We are looking for a skilled Operations Consultant who can support dailyoperations and enhance the organization and efficiency of the overall program.Responsibilities Feature validation processo Lead the validation of infrastructure-related and user-facing features, not only in termsof functionality, but also tracking and overall customer experience Drive smooth execution of the testing roadmapo Ensure maximum utilization of testing bandwidth on all supported sites, domestic andinternationalo Work with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap opportunities based on business and techrequirements Support deployment of winning experienceso Work with operations, Tech and business teams to graduate winning features torelevant domains or to the platform Manage test launch and UX review to ensure testing fidelity and validityo Ensure a seamless site and customer experience for every testo Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks, deliverprojects on time against the agreed-upon critical metrics Support the Experimentation archive and project brief process in Confluenceo Building confluence briefs for future testso Drive the process for aggregating learnings across tests and creating meta-analyses Support the test communication processo Inform stakeholders of test status, provide visibility into test outcomes, and populateexperimentation roadmap based on testing recommendationso Document and maintain line of sight of future test iterationso Institute a robust test intake processo Drive continual process improvements across multiple teams and functionsQualifications Organized, detail-oriented and strong team player Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Prior experience at an e-Commerce company and/or Experimentation preferred Bachelor’s degree required“Avenue Code discloses salary range information based on our commitment to fairness and transparency.
