Job Title: Remote Outbound Sales Specialist (US Market) Location: Remote – India Working Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Outbound Sales Specialist based in India to join our remote sales team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities in the US market, requiring proven expertise in outbound calling, customer engagement, and business development. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consistent sales outreach.Key Responsibilities:Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective clients in the US market.Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position appropriate solutions.Drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.Schedule appointments and product demos for the senior sales team when applicable.Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the US market.Strong background in customer engagement and business development.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Nice to Have:Experience in B2B sales or SaaS industry.Understanding of US business culture and sales cycles.What We Offer:Competitive base salary with attractive sales commissions.Fully remote work with flexibility.Opportunity to work with a global sales team and learn best-in-class sales strategies.Continuous training and career development.
