This role requires a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Prior experience in building accounts with the federal government is required.Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients in the USA market, including federal government agencies. Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads, drive business growth, and expand our client base.2. Federal government account development: Build and expand business relationships with federal government agencies, leveraging your prior experience in understanding their unique requirements and procurement processes. Navigate the complexities of the federal government market segment and position our IT staffing and bench marketing services as valuable solutions.3. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand their staffing needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.4. Bench marketing strategy: Develop and implement effective bench marketing strategies to maximize the utilization of our IT consultants on the bench. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable projects or opportunities for consultants, aligning their skills and expertise with client requirements.5. Sales and revenue generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our staffing services and solutions to clients. Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth for the organization.6. Market research and analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and areas for growth. Use this information to adapt and refine business development strategies.7. Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.8. Reporting and performance tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.
