Property Manager (Remote - Night Shift)Location: Remote (India)Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with US (PST/MST) time zones)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: ₹5,00,000 to ₹9,00,000 per year, based on the candidate's communication skills and experience.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of rental properties. This role involves direct communication with property owners and tenants, ensuring a seamless rental experience from start to finish.You’ll be handling operations, communications, lease management, and maintenance coordination - making sure everything runs like clockwork, even from across the globe.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of residential rental properties.Handle incoming and outgoing calls/emails related to tenants, maintenance, and client inquiries.Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on property status.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely maintenance and repairs.Manage lease documentation, renewals, and tenant records.Monitor rental payments and resolve tenant issues or lease disputes.Maintain accurate property records using management software.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or related fields.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience working with clients or in a remote setting is a plus.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently during night shifts.Preferred Qualifications:Experience handling lease agreements and rental operations for US clients is a huge plus.Open to working night shifts (India time) aligned with US business hours.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.The preceding description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required of the job.
