This position of Site Incharge for a Cooling Water Treatment Plant requires a strong blend of technical expertise and practical skills. Experience in water treatment processes, including chemical dosing, filtration, and monitoring. Must be proficient in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to regulatory guidelines. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also crucial for this role.Technical Skills and Knowledge: Water Treatment Processes: Deep understanding of cooling water treatment processes, including chemical dosing, filtration, and monitoring techniques.Equipment Maintenance: Ability to maintain and troubleshoot various water treatment equipment, such as pumps, filters, and chemical dosing systems.Chemical Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of chemicals used in cooling water treatment and their application, including biocides, corrosion inhibitors, and scale inhibitors.Water Chemistry: Knowledge of basic water chemistry principles, including pH, alkalinity, hardness, and TDS.Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and adherence to relevant environmental regulations and permitting processes for water treatment.Practical Skills and Abilities: Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to water treatment processes and equipment.Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from water treatment systems.Safety: Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to water treatment operations, including chemical handling and equipment operation.Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to other team members and stakeholders.Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians.Experience and Education: Minimum 8 years of experience in water treatment operations, with at least 5 years in a Managerial or Supervisory role.B.E.
