The incumbent will drive the HR vision aligned with academic excellence, culture building, and operational efficiency across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipDrive HR strategies aligned with the institution’s vision and academic goalsPartner with leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organization developmentTalent Acquisition & ManagementLead recruitment of educators, academic leaders, and support staffBuild robust talent pipelines and teacher onboarding programsPerformance Management & DevelopmentImplement effective performance appraisal systems tailored for academic institutionsFoster a culture of feedback, development, and merit-based growthLearning & Capability BuildingCollaborate with academic leadership to design training programs for teachers and staffEnsure continuous professional development and certification alignmentEmployee Engagement & CultureDrive employee-centric initiatives to enhance engagement, well-being, and retentionCultivate a values-driven, inclusive school cultureCompliance & Policy FrameworkEnsure compliance with labor laws, child safety norms, and academic HR regulationsMaintain and update HR policies in line with best practices and regulatory requirementsHR Operations & AnalyticsOversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and grievance managementUse data-driven insights to support decision-making and workforce planningCandidate ProfileMBA/PGDM in HR with strong academic record15–20 years of HR experience, primarily in the education/academic ecosystemProven track record of managing multi-location teams and scaling HR functionsStrong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsPassion for education and commitment to nurturing talent in academic settings
