Job Title: Business Development Associate - International SalesJob Location: New Delhi / Bangalore / RemoteQualification: MBA in Marketing Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales and marketingResponsibilities: Primary responsibility will be to acquire new business for the company from prospects based in North America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. The potential customers comprise of Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds and Research Firms. This would include:Developing a Business Development strategy to effectively identify and target prospects across services.Developing business cases for various customer segmentsReaching out to prospects with well-articulated business proposition Developing relationships to convert prospects into customers Identifying ways to source and target RFPs and develop proposals and responsesCollaborating with senior leadership and internal teams to create comprehensive and tailored responses to prospects. Working with the execution team on creating sample work products and managing trial projects.Conducting in-depth market research to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in global marketsWorking on effective marketing strategy to create brand awareness to generate inbound enquiriesWorking on improving the online and social media presence of the organizationClearly defining tangible goals for sales and marketing function and periodically evaluating actual performance against those goals. Ideal candidate should have:demonstrable experience in a B2B sales to international customersexperience in sales functions of KPO, BPO or IT companies with focus on North American geographyexperience in managing RFPs is highly desirable has experience working with CRM software such has Salesforce or Hubspotstrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior managementstrong problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to understand client needs and recommend customized solutionsability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skillsability to work in situations that will entail tight deadlines
