We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to our team's success.Your Responsibilities:Accurately and efficiently entering a variety of HR-related data, including employee records, application information, training data, performance reviews, and other HR documents, into our designated databases and systems.Verifying and cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Organizing and managing digital HR files and documents in a systematic and easily retrievable manner.Adhering strictly to data entry guidelines, data privacy policies, and HR compliance regulations.Meeting established productivity and accuracy targets.Managing and updating team or project calendars with relevant data entry timelines and deadlines.Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.Communicating effectively with the HR team regarding any data discrepancies or issues.Requirements:Essential:Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles requiring meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 35+ words per minute (WPM) and a strong focus on accuracy.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in basic computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, calendar management software (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar), and basic database navigation.Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office setup suitable for focused work.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.Must be a citizen of India.Management Requirements:Ability to effectively organize and maintain a digital filing system.Basic proficiency in managing and updating an electronic calendar.Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.Preferred:Prior experience working with HR-related data or Human Resources Information Systems.Familiarity with data privacy regulations relevant to HR.Experience with data validation techniques and quality control processes.Familiarity with cloud-based data management systems.Compensation and Work Schedule :We offer competitive compensation for remote data entry roles within the Human Resources sector in India, taking into account the local context of Varanasi:Part-Time: ₹8,000 - ₹16,000 per month (depending on the number of hours worked, experience, and the complexity of the tasks). Specific part-time schedules will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.Full-Time: ₹19,000 - ₹26,000 per month (commensurate with your experience, skills, and demonstrated performance).
