Our only ask of you would be to develop and create leading visual concepts that communicates inspiring digital ideas that are informative as they are captivating.Drive best-in-class design practices and roll out your design thinking and execution across 360-degree campaigns. Your design experience should be broad, your portfolio should feature design projects previously executed on past or present client that includes BTL print elements, digital, visual merchandising, and in-store signage, although you’re not limited to these. A great spread of your experience, expression of concepts and ideas using graphics and language all within the field of visual communication is what we’re looking forward to seeing from you.You will be responsible for designing, managing, and producing design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs. This role will work under the direction of a Creative Director and work with and provided support to the broader creative team to assist, guide and mentor the executional process. Our ideal candidate will have prior in-agency or design firm experience and a portfolio to match.You will be working within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality, accuracy, and consistency. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.What You'll be Doing:Meet with clients, project team or account manager to clearly understand the brief.Design research to deliver fresh insight, ideas, and demonstrate effectiveness across all partner brands with knowledgeable interest and in-depth understanding.Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, ecommerce, social content, and digital marketing.Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for digital and social advertising.Define the look and feel for variety of digital design projects.Implement existing brand guidelines and templates on projects.Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.Keeping up to date with current design trends.Understand what makes GREAT content e.g., best practices for making ecommerce, social assets and mobile first.Collaborate with GenAI Creators to generate and edit content, ensuring daily briefs are delivered with high-quality AI-generated images.Independently explore and implement new creative techniques to push the boundaries of AI-generated images, using Adobe software and other AI-enhancing tools as needed.Maintain and elevate the quality of post-production images, ensuring they meet brand style andguidelines before sending them to clients.Provide feedback to the Product/Engineering teams to drive platform improvements.Stay updated with the latest trends in digital art and AI technology to continually improve andinnovate.What You'll Need:A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, banner, social media campaigns.Proficient in Photoshop with strong skills in photorealistic compositing, including expertise in adding and blending shadows, lighting, and understanding how light interacts with surfaces to achieve realistic product integration. A solid understanding of light, shadow, and color values to match products naturally into various environments.
