Conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, with proper testing frameworks, and identifying wins for broader implementation Maintain healthy balance of growth with user experience for long-term growth Expertly navigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teams (SFMC) Conduct root cause analyses on platform and business issues whenever they arise Maintain a balance between rapid execution for growth and adherence to business compliance for partner schools Key Skills & Qualifications :A holder of a bachelor’s degree in either marketing, business, or a related field.
